It is our desire to see the Kingdom of God grow in this former extreme communist country. We provide humanitarian aid to those in need, showing them that there is a God who cares for them. We also support and help the local churches and orphanage to function.

New Projects 2007 Where Will You Sleep Tonight?

In Albania there are many children living on the streets for many different reasons, some have been abandoned by parents, some have fled from abusive homes and some have actually chosen this way of life because it is better than it was in their home lives. For whatever reason there is a great need among these children and they constantly face many dangers associated with this way of life.

Following a visit to the city of Durres, one of the main ports in Albania where these children congregate, Drop Inn Ministries has undertaken a project to provide these children with a building where they can be fed, where they can be clothed and where they can come at night and sleep in a Safe and Secure environment. A building has now been acquired and a work party from Drop Inn Ministries visited Durres in July to help with different practical work required. The ministry is now up and running - led by Milto Marko. At this point we would like to thank all those people who helped and support us in any way to see this project fulfilled, your support is making a difference in the lives of these children At present the centre is open during the day and the children can come along and receive a good meal, talk to Milto and be taught about Jesus.

As the team builds up in Durres it is the intention to provide a place where the children can come at night and sleep in a Safe and Secure environment. Drop Inn Ministries will continue to support this very worth while ministry and pray that The Lord will continue to bless the work among these children.
